Las delicias del poder The Delights of Power is a 1999 Mexican political satire comedy film directed by Ivn Lipkies starring Mara Elena Velasco as La India Mara with Ernesto Gmez Cruz, Irma Dorantes, and Adalberto Martnez. The film broke the boxoffice record in Mexico at the time of its release earningmillion pesos and having been the secondhighest grossing film of the year.
